Deirdre Lanning is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices with the firm's Litigation Department.
Ms. Lanning received her Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law in 2008, where she served as a Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review, a Senior Editor of the UCLA Women's Law Journal, and a Writing Advisor to first year law students. She graduated magna cum laude, with honors, from Colgate University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in English.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lanning served as a law clerk to the Honorable Valerie Baker Fairbank of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Ms. Lanning is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
