Deirdre Woulfe Pacheco is Counsel in Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer P.A.'s Business Law Team, concentrating in the Financial Services/Creditors Rights Sub-Team's practice in creditor-debtor rights, restructurings, insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation. Ms. Pacheco's practice has focused on these areas for over 10 years, including previously maintaining her own law office and former associations with Wolff & Samson ( Roseland, NJ), and Stern, Lavinthal, Frankenberg, Norgaard & Kapnick, LLC ( Englewood, NJ). She was also a member of the Department of Justice's panel of bankruptcy trustees for the District of New Jersey for several years. Deirdre is a long-time member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Bankruptcy Law Section and has served as a panelist at its annual Bench-Bar Conference, as well as serving on Section Committees analyzing proposed changes to the United States Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
