Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stubbs was an attorney in the United States Department of Justice Attorney General's Honors Program. She clerked for the Honorable Gail A. Randall, Administrative Law Judge, Drug Enforcement Administration.
Ms. Stubbs graduated from the University of Maryland (Carey) School of Law, cum laude, in 2010. There, she earned a certificate of concentration in health care law and was member of the health care law moot court team. During law school, Ms. Stubbs also worked full-time as a marketing representative for an outpatient radiology facility. She later served as a student attorney for the law school's Drug Policy Clinic where she successfully advocated to bring state law into compliance with the federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act.
Prior to law school, Ms. Stubbs earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Music, and Italian language from Manhattanville College. At Manhattanville, Ms. Stubbs tutored undergraduate and graduate students in Statistics for Social Sciences.
Ms. Stubbs is currently a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. She is licensed to practice in D.C. and Maryland.
