| Biography | Denise is a graduate of Leadership Clark County, an intense program designed to train effective leaders to serve the community. She is also an active member of the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Denise is a founding member of the Washington State Bar Association Animal Law Section in which she served as chair in 2004. Denise is a frequent speaker on issues involving animal owners and the law and serves as the hearing examiner for Clark County and the City of Vancouver.
