About this office:

Dennis A. Fuller, Attorney at Law is committed to providing the highest standards of representation to clients in Family Law and Criminal Law. We are committed to excellence.

Our representation isn't just about managing outcomes. It is also about helping our clients walk through the process emotionally; helping them anticipate and prepare for the next bump in the road. It is about being available and responsive. It is about compassion, patience and perseverance. Sometimes it is about understanding the other side and anticipating what it is going to take to bring an end to the hostilities.

Exceptional Client Service; what does that mean?

If you've never needed a lawyer before, it may come as a shock to you that all lawyers are not alike. Certainly your lawyer needs to understand the law and your facts. But to get the best representation, you need a lawyer that understands you, and has the patience and understanding to walk with you through the tough times and the tough issues. For the hard cases, you need a lawyer with lots of high conflict experience that knows how to fight for you, but you don't want a lawyer whose personality makes everything a fight. Likewise, you need a lawyer that will help you avoid making decisions in fear or anger. You need a lawyer that cares, and when everyone else says you can't get there from here, you need a lawyer that instinctively thinks outside the box.

I am committed to staying current on the law; our whole office participates in extensive continuing education every year. I am committed to understanding you and your facts, and I have a lot of experience in tough cases.

We care about our clients and that drives us from within to do our best. When you cannot see the forest for the trees, you can trust us to know where you are and point you in the right direction. You can trust us to remind you of your values and honestly tell you how those are (or are not) being reflected in the decisions you are making.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to be present in every sense, and walk with you like a brother or a sister through one of the toughest points of your life. We will use our combined 60 years of legal experience to provide top quality legal services in a timely fashion with sensitivity, care and compassion. We will help you identify and stay focused on your values.

When you need creative solutions, we will help you be creative. If you need help in an area outside the law, we will refer you to resources to address that need.

Though we have settled difficult cases that other experienced lawyers said could not be settled, sometimes it is necessary to go to trial. If a trial is necessary, we will aggressively handle your case, while still treating everyone with respect and dignity.

For Family or Criminal Law Advice

We are available to discuss your case, so do not hesitate to call us at (972) 852-8500, or email us. We have represented clients in Dallas and Ft. Worth, McKinney and Denton, Greenville and Rockwall, Tyler and Longview, Marshall and Carthage, Houston and Galveston, Corpus Christy and El Paso, Alpine and Midland, Denton and Sherman, Austin and Waco, Hillsboro, Waxahachie, Cleburn, Glen Rose, and even Santa Fe and Tulsa.
