Dennis M. Mulgrew, Jr. is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group. Dennis represents employers in disputes in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings.
Dennis has experience on a variety of employment and labor related issues, including: compliance with federal and state employment statutes; non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements; discrimination and harassment matters; wage and hour compliance; drafting employment and severance agreements; and internal investigations.
Dennis earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. He received his B.A. in history from Boston College, where he studied abroad for a semester in Seville, Spain. Dennis is highly proficient in Spanish.
Dennis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
