Areas of Practice
Dennis Strasser is Counsel to the Firm and a member of the Construction Services Practice Group. He received his engineering degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo and his law degree from Seattle University, where he graduated cum laude. Dennis has also attended numerous dispute resolution training courses including the Professional Mediation Skills Certificate Training Program at the University of Washington, the Professional Arbitration Skills Training Program of the Institute of Conflict Management in Los Angeles, CA, and the American Bar Association's Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Training Program.
Dennis serves as counsel for owners, design firms, insurers and product manufacturers, and as a dispute resolution provider. He has made numerous presentations for professional organizations regarding contracts, risk management and project implementation. He is the author of numerous technical articles and a contributing author to the work entitled, "State-by-State Analysis of Current Legal Issues Affecting Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners (From a Contracting and Claims Perspective)," Aspen (October 2005).
