Dennis Townley practices in the area of general corporate law, representing privately and publicly held corporations in all aspects of their business, including contract matters, equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, technology licensing, advising boards of directors, and internal monitoring and investigations.
Representative Matters
· Represented private investors in their acquisition of wireless telecommunications assets
· Represented government agencies, universities, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies in technology development, joint venture, procurement, and licensing transactions
· Served as member of a team monitoring a large international bank in connection with Enron-related matters pursuant to an appointment by the U.S. Department of Justice
· Represented publicly held financing company in its merger into a Fortune 10 company
· Represented technology company in $60 million initial public offering
