Denny Cowger practices in the area of corporate law. Mr. Cowger has advised international and domestic clients on various corporate and commercial agreements, corporate structuring and joint ventures, project financing in Vietnam, banking facilities and debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Cowger earned an LL.M. in Chinese (P.R.C.) law from the University of Hong Kong and an LL.M. in Transnational Law from Temple University, Japan Campus. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a graduate of Miami University of Ohio. Mr. Cowger speaks Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and Danish.
