Denyse has broad experience in business litigation. She dedicates a significant portion of her practice representing commercial lenders and lessors in creditors' rights litigation and arbitration. These representations include recovery of collateral, obtaining temporary restraining orders and pursuit of claims against borrowers and lessees. In addition, Denyse represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation and products liability matters, including residential mortgage litigation, premise liability, government investigations, fraud, breach of contract, director and officer liability and fraudulent credit spending. Denyse has served as lead counsel in numerous cases, handling all phases of litigation.

Experience
· Defeated a class action for AgriBank, the largest of five banks within the National Farm Credit System. Obtained a motion to dismiss the lead plaintiffs claim in a class brought by Arkansas land owners against AgriBank to quiet title on mineral rights retained by AgriBank when selling acquired properties obtained through foreclosure.
· Represented a Fortune 200 company in arbitration involving the post-closing purchase price adjustment of a joint venture
· Negotiated a settlement in a highly contentious action involving the renewal of a commercial lease
