Denyse focuses her practice on business litigation matters. She represents commercial lenders and lessors in creditors' rights litigation and arbitration. These representations include recovery of collateral, obtaining temporary restraining orders and pursuit of claims against borrowers and lessees. In addition, Denyse represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex breach of contract, lender liability, fraud and premise liability - as well as product liability matters involving electrical equipment and toxic substances. Denyse has served as lead counsel in numerous cases, both in court and arbitral forums, handling all phases of litigation.
Denyse serves on the firm's Diversity Council.

•Secured dismissal in federal district court of a class action lawsuit against AgriBank, the largest of five banks within the National Farm Credit System, in a suit brought by Arkansas land owners to quiet title on mineral rights retained by AgriBank. The U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, affirmed the judgment, upholding AgriBank's right to retain mineral rights on acquired properties sold to private purchasers throughout the central United States.
•Represented a Fortune 500 company in arbitration involving the post-closing purchase price adjustment of a joint venture.
•Negotiated a settlement in a highly contentious action involving the renewal of a commercial lease.
