| Biography | Mr. Boswell is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate Department. His practice includes all aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. His experience includes extensive representation of both landlords and tenants in office, research and development, retail, and biotechnology leases, and lease workouts/restructurings. In addition, Mr. Boswell provides ongoing counsel to property owners regarding brokerage agreements, management and service contracts and operational issues. Mr. Boswell brings a practical, business-oriented approach to his transactions. He works with clients to understand their business needs, and helps prioritize issues and formulate a strategy to satisfy those needs. Leveraging his knowledge of the market, Mr. Boswell drafts documents that are readily understandable by the parties and that minimize the likelihood of future disputes. Education Mr. Boswell received his B.S. form California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1997.
