Background
Derek Powers is an associate in the Corporate Commercial Group at our Toronto office. Derek was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2008. Derek graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law, in 2007. Prior to attending law school, Derek received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.
Derek both summered and articled with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP before joining as an associate in 2008.
