| Biography | Derick begin working as a practicing student while in law school, where he helped low income clients with various legal problems. He also worked for an attorney with the Washington County Public Defender's Office during 2006 and 2007. Upon graduation, Derick took an associate position with Sexton & Sanders Law Firm in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Derick came to work at Walters and Gaston in September of 2010. Since joining the firm he has already gained valuable jury trial experience and has successfully resolved a six figure personal injury case.
