Practice/Industry Group Overview
Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's Bank and Institutional Finance Group assists clients in all aspects of debt financing transactions. The group has represented arrangers, lenders and borrowers in, among other things, financing acquisitions of public companies, acquiring hospital and pharmaceutical companies, arranging first mortgage bond backed term B facilities, as well as more traditional general corporate and working capital debt facilities.
We have a broad range of experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting debt financing transactions involving a wide range of industries such as healthcare, regulated utilities, unregulated energy companies, insurance and pharmaceuticals. Combined with our capabilities in other practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, leasing, securitization, capital markets, corporate reorganization and bankruptcy, intellectual property, derivatives, environmental law, health safety and law, real estate, ERISA and tax, we bring a breadth of knowledge and experience to the increasingly complex needs of our clients.
