Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP's Bank and Institutional Finance Group assists clients in all aspects of debt financing transactions. The group has represented arrangers, lenders and borrowers in, among other things, financing acquisitions of public companies, acquiring hospital and pharmaceutical companies, arranging first mortgage bond backed term B facilities, as well as more traditional general corporate and working capital debt facilities.

We have a broad range of experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting debt financing transactions involving a wide range of industries such as healthcare, regulated utilities, unregulated energy companies, insurance and pharmaceuticals.
