About this office:
I specialize in estate and trust law, matrimonials, guardianships and related family law matters. I have successfully litigated Surrogate Court matters in the five New York City counties, as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester.
I have been appointed guardian-ad-litem, both in the Surrogate and Supreme Courts. I have brought on and defended contested accountings and will construction proceedings. In addition to estate planning, matrimonials, guardianship petitions and trial practice, I do appellate work in these areas.
