DIAMOND LAW ASSOCIATES. Attorney Stuart N. Diamond leads this expanding firm based in George Town, Cayman Islands. First qualified in Australia in 1986, Stuart gained extensive experience in commercial litigation and insolvency practice first as a Solicitor and then as a Barrister before moving to the Cayman Islands in 1998.
Practicing as attorneys and advocates DIAMOND LAW ASSOCIATES conducts complex commercial litigation for (and renders legal advice to) banks, trustees, mutual funds, companies, liquidators and creditors from within and outside the Cayman Islands. As attorneys in the Cayman Islands we act and advise in matters involving trusts, insolvency and restructuring, regulatory and compliance, ICT Law, debt recovery and enforcement, tracing and freezing of assets, insurance claims and confidentiality applications. We regularly appear before the Grand Court, Court of Appeal and statutory tribunals on all matters in our care and conduct. Mr. Diamond frequently appears as junior counsel to Queen's Counsel.

In 2004 Mr. Diamond was appointed as a director of the Information and Communication Technology Authority, the regulator of the telecoms industry in the Cayman Islands. He currently serves as Chairman of that Board and is also a Notary Public.
