Diana Lo is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate formation and general corporate governance. She also advises registered investment advisers and hedge fund managers on various matters of regulatory compliance and assists with the formation of onshore and offshore hedge funds as well as other types of private funds.
During law school, Diana served as a law clerk in the Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force of the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Illinois. She also worked as a judicial extern for The Hon. G. Patrick Murphy of the US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
