Dianne A. Meyer
practices in the area of Commercial Finance, representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions. She also practices in the area of municipal finance, acting as bond counsel, counsel to underwriters, borrower's counsel and counsel to credit enhancers on tax-exempt and taxable municipal finance transactions.
Ms. Meyer has extensive experience representing lending institutions in syndicated and other multibank loan transactions both in domestic and international transactions and also specializes in asset-based lending transactions.
The current edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business lists Duane Morris as having one of the top banking and finance practices in Pennsylvania, and cites Ms. Meyer as a leader in the field.
Ms. Meyer is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She is also a past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers and has served as secretary for that organization. She is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
Ms. Meyer is a 1986 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a graduate of Villanova University. Prior to attending law school, she was a certified public accountant.
