Didier Bruère-Dawson has acquired experience as an advisor and litigator in M&A and financing projects, as well as in the acquisition of ailing businesses or related matters. He is at the forefront of all strategic matters concerning the structure and organisation of these operations.
He is especially involved in complex international operations and legal disputes and is recognised for his leading role in flagship cases both in Europe and in the United States, but also transnational litigation as the principal advisor or not, in some cases, depending on the interests of the client.
Didier Bruère-Dawson represents various groups and French and foreign investors as part of their investment, divestments and real estate projects in France and abroad by managing the risks and strategic issues linked to insolvency proceeds, aspects in which he is highly efficient and experienced.
He has represented several investment funds and or investors in a number of conciliation procedures, ad hoc mandates and recovery takeovers or related matters, but also as part of their defence, during insolvency proceedings or not, in a national or international environment.
In addition, Didier Bruère-Dawson intervenes in shareholders disputes and the implementation of security agreements (in an international environment or not).
He also manages complex transnational litigation to recover assets, notwithstanding the distribution of wealth and/or the organisation of insolvency.
