Established in 1997 by the name partners George Dimitrov and Bogdan Petrov, the firm has exclusively focused its activities in the area of commercial law, information and communications technology law, intellectual property law, foreign investments and real estate law and brings together a rapidly growing team of highly qualified lawyers. In 2005 Dimitrov, Petrov & Co. opened its first branch office outside the capital - in the city of Varna.
Presently the firm comprises 5 partners and 14 associates assisted by a competent administrative and support staff.
