Professional Experience
Mr. Badkar's practice includes all aspects of general business litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation. He has represented financial institutions on creditors' rights matters, including complicated real estate foreclosures. Mr. Badkar is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group.
Mr. Badkar's practice also includes antitrust matters and he is a member of the Steering Committee of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group.
