The firm was formed in 1999 by John Dives, Christopher Grauer and Robin Harper, each of whom was a senior litigation partner at one of the largest multidisciplinary firms in the Province. The firm's practice will be confined to counsel work with an emphasis on complex commercial and general litigation including class actions and medical malpractice defense work.
