The attorneys in our firm have extensive experience in defense litigation for industrial injury, general liability, and construction law. The partners have approximately 30 years of combined experience in litigation in all aspects of workers' compensation claims, civil litigation including subrogation and alternative dispute resolution. Our experience includes the successful litigation of claims before the Superior Courts of California, Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, the Rehabilitation Unit and Appellate Courts. Collectively, our experience includes experience as a workers' compensation adjuster and hearing representative specializing in defense litigation for approximately 30 years which includes defense of workers' compensation claims involving both self-insured and insured employers.
