Dominick Bratti is a shareholder and represents employers in employment-related litigations, including all types of employment discrimination matters, sexual harassment, breach of contract and whistleblower litigation. He also advises employers throughout the country on employment law and labor relations matters.
Mr. Bratti has litigated matters before federal and state courts as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, The National Labor Relations Board and state agencies throughout the country. He frequently drafts and reviews employee handbooks, and employment agreements. He also conducts labor and employment relations audits as well as employment practice seminars and anti-harassment training for both private and public sector employers.
Mr. Bratti has written extensively in the area of employment law and is a contributing author to Alito, N.J. Employment Law (1992); Alito, N.J. Employment Law (2d ed.) (1999) and 18 Goldstein and Goodman, New Jersey Practice Employment Law (West 1998).
Mr. Bratti authored Employment Issues: What Franchisees Should Expect From Franchisors,” Franchise Handbook (May 2008) and Tracking Your Employees Online Activities,” New Jersey Law Journal (December 31, 2007)
He was the Co-facilitator for “Avoiding Employment Claims by a Franchisee's Employees: Helping Without Getting Hurt,” International Franchise Association's 48th Annual Convention, Orlando, Florida (February 9-12, 2008)
