Dominique Amyot-Bilodeau is an associate in our Environmental and Litigation Groups in Montréal. His practice focuses on all aspects of environmental law and on civil and professional liability.
Within the scope of his practice, Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau notably provides advice to clients on environmental conformity and permitting issues as well as on the potential liabilities of directors and officers. He regularly conducts environmental due diligence and drafts environmental clauses of commercial transactions.
Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau represents clients from sectors as various as sustainable energy, mining, chemicals and pulp and paper.
In 2006, he received his Bachelor of Law degree with honours and continued his graduate studies in Environmental law. Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau was awarded first prize in a moot court and essay competition of the Faculty of Law of Université Laval. He collaborated on the 2007 edition of Charters of Human Rights from the Alter Ego Collection under the leadership of Professor Henri Brun.
Mr. Amyot-Bilodeau was called to the Québec bar in 2008. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Young Bar Association of Montréal.
