Dominique Simard joined our litigation group in 2000 as a research lawyer. Since 2002 she has been involved in coordinating and managing files, particularly as regards evidence. She often works with teams responsible for class actions and for various other complex litigation files in the areas of construction, fraud, professional liability and manufacturer's liability. Her administrative responsibilities include supervising the work of the paralegals in her group in the Montréal office and contributing website content for the firm in the areas of construction law and manufacturer's liability.
