Experience
Donald has been practicing law since 1961, almost exclusively in the areas of bankruptcy and debtor's and creditor's rights. He has been designated in Corporate law, Collections and Bankruptcy by The Florida Bar for many years. He represents both debtors and creditors, secured and unsecured. Presently, at least seventy percent of his practice is devoted to bankruptcy, which practice is equally divided between debtor and creditor representation. He regularly represents large lending institutions, both local and national, before the Bankruptcy Court.
Background
Donald was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He resided in Fall River, Massachusetts and West Hartford, Connecticut. He graduated William H. Hall High School in West Hartford, Connecticut in June of 1955, and thereafter attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs for one year. In 1956 he moved to South Florida and enrolled in the University of Miami. After two years at the University of Miami, he was admitted to Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina and graduated in June of 1961. He married Maxine in 1964 and moved to Brevard County, Florida where he and Maxine have resided to this date.
