Donald E. Taylor is a shareholder and a member of the firm's complex Commercial Litigation Team. He is experienced in all areas of litigation, including conducting both bench and jury trials. Mr. Taylor has handled complex commercial litigation in both State and Federal courts. He is a member of the New Jersey State, Middlesex County, and Federal Bar Associations, and is a member of the Equity Jurisprudence Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
