Donald M. Mewhort, Jr. has extensive experience in representing management in labor disputes. He also regularly represented management in labor negotiations, arbitration and in a variety of matters involving workplace regulations. He has substantial experience in labor relations in the health care and construction industries. He also has substantial experience in representing employers and employees in the negotiation and enforcement of employment and non-compete agreements.
