Focusing his practice in commercial transactions and advertising law, Don has negotiated numerous worldwide corporate sales, procurement, distributor and sales representative agreements and has assisted companies on redesign and termination of product distribution channels. Don currently is responsible for reviewing print, radio and television advertising content of a global agri-business client. Don advises Fortune 500 and other multi-national companies on software licensing, development and support agreements and manages product stewardship, including claims, recalls and litigation. Don joined the firm in 1997 and was named a Partner the following year. He was previously company counsel for Monsanto Company for more than 20 years.
