In addition, on an "as needed" basis, he is involved in the resolution of any dispute that may arise relating to a particular project (thorough negotiations, mediation, arbitration and/or litigation). Mr. Doeg is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is a member of the Firm's Fuel Cell & Alternative Energy and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Mr. Doeg is a licensed professional engineer in the States of Connecticut and Mississippi. As an engineer, Mr. Doeg worked for a number of years in the construction industry, during which time he worked in many capacities, including project manager, design engineer, construction manager, traffic engineer and estimator. He received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, Connecticut, his M.B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi in Gulf Park, Mississippi, and his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
