Doris T. Bobadilla

Doris’ trial experience began as an Assistant District Attorney, Orleans Parish, State of Louisiana, where she handled jury and judge felony trials. She has handled civil trials in Orleans Parish, St. Tammany Parish and Livingston Parish, Louisiana, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, Jones County and Hinds County, Mississippi, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Mississippi. She has also tried claims before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission. Doris has provided seminars on the topics of employer's liability, workers' compensation, insurance coverage, and subrogation law. She has also been recognized as a mediator in Mississippi. She is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), Executive Women International, and the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association. Doris’ specific areas of practice include employment law, workers' compensation, insurance coverage, subrogation, and general liability.
