The agency is well known for its domestic and international legal practice relating to intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks and industrial designs as well as has extensive experience in handling licensing of patents and trademarks, infringement cases, unfair competition and litigation matters involving intellectual assets. Lawyers and registered patent attorneys of the agency represent clients before the State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine (the Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office), the Board of Appeals of the Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and commercial courts of Ukraine.
