Douglas Morley is engaged in a corporate/commercial practice, with emphasis on commodity taxation (federal and provincial sales tax, goods and services tax and customs duties). Mr. Morley's practice includes both tax planning and tax litigation in the British Columbia and federal court systems. He has lectured on commodity taxation matters for various groups including panels organized by the Certified General Accountants of BC, Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and the Vancouver Board of Trade.
