Doug Bolton is a partner in Goodmans' Vancouver office. His corporate and general commercial practice covers a range of industries including telecommunications, hotel and resort development, all aspects of real estate and related financing issues, entertainment and mining.

He has extensive experience in a variety of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and corporate reorganizations, concentrating on all private-company and commercial aspects from negotiation to final documentation.

Doug is a contributing author and editor of the B.C. Real Estate Practice Manual and a former contributing author to The Annual Review of Law and Practice. He has been a guest instructor for the Professional Legal Training Course and a faculty member for various CLE and other courses.
