Doug Copland is a partner at our Vancouver office. Doug was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1986. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in 1984.

· Involved in corporate and commercial matters, primarily for privately-held companies of all sizes, including corporate organization and reorganization, acquisitions and divestitures.
