Biography

Doug is an experienced litigator who has tried and won a number of complex cases in both federal and state courts. He handles both civil cases and white collar criminal cases. He also litigates frequently in a variety of administrative forums to include the EEOC, IDOL, IDHR, IHRC, and Illinois Civil Service Commission. Doug has extensive trial and appellate experience and represents individuals, business entities, and charitable enterprises. He has prosecuted and defended class actions and has handled numerous commercial, discrimination, and serious personal injury cases. Doug is retired from the Army Reserve wherein he commanded a Battalion. Doug and his wife Lara have four children.
