Background
Doug Smith is a partner practicing in our Toronto office. Doug was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1995. He graduated from Queen's Law School in 1993 and has received a certificate in ADR.
Prior to that Doug obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree from McMaster University.

· Civil litigation: including governmental and police liability, products liability, administrative law and health law and banking insurance litigation.
· Commercial litigation: including commercial insolvency, priority disputes, general bankruptcy and insolvency matters and other corporate disputes.
