Douglas Woloshin is the managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office and serves on the firm's Partners' Board. Mr. Woloshin also is head of the firm's Project Finance Practice Group. Mr. Woloshin concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate finance and project finance. Mr. Woloshin counsels corporations, individuals, partnerships and nonprofit entities on a broad range of business matters, including business formations, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Woloshin also has accumulated experience in cross-border transactions, venture capital/private equity financing, distressed asset transactions, and international joint venture formation, as well as being a tax accountant. A member of the American Bar Association, Mr. Woloshin is a 1973 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and a graduate of Villanova University.
