About this office: The founding partners, Lynn A. Downey and the late Robert H. Cleveland, began their practice in insurance defense in Atlanta in 1963. They both subsequently established the firm at its present location in 1973. Its offices are located in a renovated historic home in downtown Marietta. Since the firm's founding, it has been committed to providing its clients with the highest quality of legal representation. During the years the firm has been in existence, it has focused its practice in the trial of civil matters, concentrating in the defense of complex medical malpractice, bad faith, direct actions against insurers, automobile liability and a variety of other civil litigation involving personal injury and insurance.
