Our Mission is achieved with a thorough understanding of the dispute resolution process, a careful evaluation of the relationships and positions of the parties, and empowerment of parties to seek and find a resolution that meets their needs. While mediation is the primary dispute resolution model used, we also evaluate cases to determine if other models would be more effective.
