Dr. Helen Papaconstantinou has held an academic teaching position in the IP sector at the University of Athens for a number of years. She has been recognized as a leading expert in the IP field and has distinguished herself on patent and trademark litigation on behalf of many big companies over several sectors, such as the pharmaceutical sector, the fashion industry, the food sector, etc. She has been the recipient of many awards and has been selected as the leading practitioner for Patents in Greece (Expert Guide 2011), as well as the female leading practitioner for the previous year (2010).
