2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration Come Into Force

On January 1, 2012, a new version of the ICC Rules of Arbitration (the “2012 ICC Rules”) came into force. They will apply to all new cases that the ICC has received since January 2, 2012, regardless of the date of the arbitration agreement under which the arbitration is brought.
