Author: Three monographs and more than 50 other publications on business law matters and international commercial arbitration. Arbitrator, 1988—and Vice Chairman, 1994—, International Court of Commercial Arbitration, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Acted as arbitrator in over a hundred and fifty international arbitrations, and as counsel and legal expert in a number of international arbitration proceedings. Member: Editorial Advisory Board of the International Arbitration Law Review; London Court of International Arbitration; Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK); Panels of Arbitrators of various arbitral institutions. |
