Xavier Vuitton is author of several insightful publications exploring various aspects of commercial law, litigation and the judicial system, such as "The European Court of Human Rights: A Determining Source of European Law" (2009), "E-bay and Counterfeit: Is Not a "Cyber-Pontius Pilate" Who Wants" (2008) and "Provisional Summary Judgements and Arbitration" (2001).
He is also author of more than 20 articles published in the Juris Classeur encyclopedia (LexisNexis) and of two books regarding litigation and procedural law (LexisNexis).
He is a Senior lecturer in procedural law.
