The firm has grown from the solo practice of Adriane J. Dudley in 1985 to its present profile of ten attorneys. Bennett Chan became a member of the firm in 1991. Edward B. Reynolds, Jr. became a member of the firm in 2000. Dudley Clark & Chan has four divisions: administrative law and government relations; banking, real estate and commercial transactions; labor and employment law and general defense litigation. The firm's attorneys are admitted to practice in the Virgin Islands, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Florida, Kansas, Texas and Louisiana.

The firm's clients are businesses and institutions in both the public and private sectors which engage in retail, commercial, banking, light industrial and service endeavors, including several major resorts and retail establishments that are part of major U.S. corporations.
