Dudley practices with the firm's Corporate section with a focus on Trusts & Estates, Business Planning, Taxation and Real Estate.
Dudley obtained both his B.A. and his J.D. from Brigham Young University, where he served as Associate Editor of the BYU Journal of Education and Law. Following Law School, he received his L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Dudley is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In addition, he is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. He is admitted before the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri and District of Kansas.
In December of 2004, Dudley published Protect Your Clients' Assets in Florida: Practical Domestic-Based Techniques (National Business Institute, 2004).
