Dupree & Kimbrough, LLP maintains an active trial-oriented practice in all state and federal courts, concentrating in civil, domestic and criminal matters. A diverse civil practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, constitution law, environmental law, class action, probate, divorce, child custody and commercial litigation, in addition to commercial draftsmanship. Criminal clients include those charged with felonies and misdemeanors, as well as those confronted with white collar, RICO and civil and criminal forfeiture claims. The firm engages in all forms of local government regulatory approval, including zoning, contract and bid approval, condemnation, license, plan and franchise approval, along with tax appeals.
