Dustin is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Troutman Sanders LLP. Dustin's practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation as well as counseling clients in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Dustin has experience in procuring patent protection for clients whose interests span the electrical, mechanical, and energy arts. Dustin also advises clients on other intellectual property matters, including patentability, freedom-to-operate, infringement, and validity opinions.
