Dwayne's primary areas of practice include: products liability, with an emphasis on the representation of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers; civil litigation; and business litigation. Dwayne has extensive experience representing product manufacturers in mass tort multidistrict litigation at the State and Federal levels, including class action claims. Dwayne also has experience in asbestos exposure litigation, where he represented automobile and paint manufacturers. Additionally, he has experience in commercial litigation claims involving contractual disputes, professional liability claims and real estate disputes. Dwayne has significant pre-trial experience and has argued motions in State and Federal courts.
Dwayne is an active member of the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice section. He is also a licensed real estate broker and, in his spare time, Dwayne enjoys reading, playing basketball and listening to music.

On March 22, 2011, the United States Supreme Court in Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. v. Siracusan decided that statistical significance is not a threshold pleading requirement in securities fraud claims based solely on the failure to disclose adverse information regarding a product.
